I teach Locktober in Dutch, slowly, with the cane next to me and enough time to stay on a single sound until you hit it cleanly. Chastity sounds almost friendly in my language. I like that. You repeat the sentences until they no longer sound like an exercise, but like something that applies to your body this month. If you stumble, we stay on the word. If you get hard, you still stay seated. And just because you can repeat something correctly doesnt mean a door opens here. The lesson ends when Ive heard the sentence often enough from your mouth. Not when you think you can say it.
