One of my pay slaves has given his monthly cash letter to me today – and Ill now read his letter and rate his payment. Of course, Ill start with the most important part and count the money. The sum is set individually for each pay slave – exactly set to keep him barely alive and existent – and high enough to be interesting for me. Then Ill take a close look at his report – what did he do to increase his payment potential? How is he handling his life full of deprivation? Did he complete everything I ordered him to? What did he do to positively surprise his mistress?
